•    Gun wound in the right palm

•    Opened fracture of right thighbone

•    Compound femur fracture of left thigh

•    Metal pricking wound in right thigh

•    Opened tibia fracture of right leg

•    Opened fracture of right foot with truncating trauma on small phalanx
